About Segue

Karen Eames is manager of the Seattle area Segue office. Her professional
training is in design and project management. Karen has lived and worked in Seattle for over 20 years.
Her background includes 25 years of service for both private and public sector clients in the
planning and design of large scale projects. Karen also spent eight years as managing director for
a non-profit educational program in Seattle. She currently serves on the board for her son's high school
jazz program and has managed their fund raising events for the past two years. She is married and has two sons.
Sue McGuire
heads up the South Sound office of Segue. She has lived and worked in the Tacoma area for 26 years. She
has a masters degree in planning and over 25 years experience providing business management, marketing,
and project management services to private and public clients. Sue has run her own consulting business,
managed a private-non-profit social service agency, and was marketing director for the Tacoma office of
a national engineering firm. Sue finds time to tap dance, perform in local community theater productions.
She is married and has two sons.
